Dialog — Share

Modal share dialog for managing who can access a resource (document, report, project, folder). Use when users need to grant or revoke access, set per-person permission levels, and control general visibility from a single place. Includes search-and-add for individual people (or an email invite) and groups (static teams or dynamic role-based, such as admins), each added with an access level; a list of current members with per-member access menus (change level or remove) and a protected last owner; a general access setting (restricted or organization-wide); and a copy-link action. Changes are staged and only committed on Apply, and Cancel reverts them.
